ATRIIS ONLINE Corporate Travel Management System
ATRIIS is a unique travel management tool designed by ABT to aid our corporate clientele with optimizing their business travels. As a user-friendly system, it enables the corporate customer to manage corporate travel in-house from both the operational aspect and the financial point of view.
As the system is web based, no installation is needed. It is secured, and easy to use. Once logged into the system, anyone can create flight, hotel and car rental reservations, and follow the reservation as it goes through the corporate authorization process. Depending on their access level, users can request reservations, approve travel plans, analyze departmental travel patterns and even obtain company-wide reports.
A special concern has been put upon operational and financial reports needed to control the travel budgets. ATRIIS allow issuing various reports designed to show the main points of expenditure, and the relation between them. This tool also allows the corporate client to extract document copies without any dependence upon the travel agent.
